Go on a golf holiday on Bornholm

The New Course at the golf facility in Rø is close to Gudhjem. The 18 holes are laid out so that it both challenges slightly experienced golfers, but also has, with its white and blue tees, a certain kind of difficulty that challenges very experienced players and even the pros.
The course winds from Rø Plantage down to the Baltic Sea, where there is a fantastic view. The course goes through spruce forest, partly protected deciduous forest, and the disused quarry.

The old course was built in 1984, and from hole 4 the course runs through forest and rocks, where there are some fantastic holes.
The Old Course is not long, but only few long hitters win the first round on the course. You really have to play the ball around, and if you get too bold, it costs you right away.
A course that you have to become familiar with, which means that you have to play it several times before breaking the code. It is also a course that you never get tired of and that can be played in all kinds of weather.

The 18 holes are laid out as a park course in a scenic, partially protected area with many wild fruit trees, wild orchids, broom and rich animal and bird life. The wind on the course is almost non-existent.

The course is located in a slightly hilly area, where the holes are partly in an open area as well as in woods and streams.
The first nine holes have the character of a sea-side course, where the wind has a great influence on the golf game.
There is a very rich animal life in the form of different species of birds. The golf course is located close to one of Denmark’s most beautiful beaches, Dueodde Badestrand.

Green Fee for all Bornholm golf clubs costs DKK 350,- per course.
